Account Field Modifications

1. Description: We have added some fields to the account section to help our customers keep their records updated and in sync, and align with standard data validation needs to match ownership changes, DBA names, and set the stage for a Tax ID lookup.

Facility “Enterprise” Security Modifications

1. Facilities will now be able to restrict the data a user has access to, based on the facilities tied to the users
   
2. By default, the facilities field now visible in the user setup will be blank by default, meaning that they have access to all facilities.  This will give our customers the choice of tying facilities to their staff to begin using it, or leave it blank to allow the user to access all facilities and VOBs.

1. We added a “Clear Cache” button for users to make the process of clearing cache and cookies, a necessity when dealing with modern cloud--based software applications, a standard process.

Security Upgrades

MFA Support for Authenticator Apps

1. We have added a new method of MFA for customers that bypasses traditional email and text methods which sometimes fail to send the authentication codes. 
   
2. Users who wish to continue using email or text for MFA can continue as usual

Cosmetic Updates and Bug Fixes

VOB Details by Service Type 

1. We have moved the Service Types to the right of the verification request Service Types moved to right, added a navigation to highlight the benefit window pane to show you which service type benefit you are viewing
   

User Profile Section Headers

1. We have added section headers to the user profile creation and edit screen to make the flow of entry more seamless and easier to remember where you are when making edits. 
   

Displaying Time Period instead of Date/Time Stamp in Feed

1. Notification/chat feeds now show the full actual date associated with the feed item, previously it would show by the time block 
   

Error 34 Credit Message

1. The out of credits error message 34 has been changed to reflect the following: “Error: Your account is out of credits, please contact your system administrator and refer to https://app.verifytx.com/settings/billing to verify billing details.”
   

Verify Users Not Populating in "Users" filter

1. Some users were reporting that the user filter did not display all active users.
   
2. We found that the users filter has a limit of 20 users that it displays, and have addressed the issue in this release.
