1. Navigate to the "Verifications" List View
2. Click the "Select All" checkbox to select all records in the list
Tip: Tip! Use our enhanced search to narrow the list view results and apply mass updates more efficiently.
3. Click "De-select all" to deselect all records if needed.
4. You can set the Facility, Client Type, add a Tag, or Archive the selected records
5. Click "Set Client Type" and select the desired client type to set it.
Alert: Alert! Once you select the desired value, all selected records will be updated and the screen will refresh, if you made a mistake, you can select the back button
6. Click "Tag" to set a tag
Alert: Alert! You can only set 1 tag to a VOB record at this time, we are working on multi-tag support and expect it to be released by the end of Q2 2024.
7. Click "Facility" to select a Facility
8. Click "Archive"
9. Select all desired records to Archive
10. Click "Archive"
11. A small dialog box will populate, to confirm you want to archive the records. Click "Ok"
Tip: Tip! Did you make a mistake archiving a patient? To fix it, click on the "Show Additional Filters" to the right of the search bar, and select Archived patients to view all archived records, then sort by date modified to see the records most recently archived.
