How to View Reports and Dashboards

Introduction:

This article is intended to provide guidance to our customers on how to view dashboards and reports in their account.

Important Notes: 
  1. As if V24.04, we have consolidated the usage, export, and reports  tabs to become one usage and report tab
  2. Reports for Batch Imports will now appear in the batch imports screen.
  3. All heatmaps in the Dashboard Screen are clickable links that will display the item being reported on in a list view.
Viewing Dashboards and Reports: 
  1. Navigate to “Settings”
  2. Select “Usage and Reports” 
  3. Review the desired report and click on it to open up and view the items from the dashboard in a list view.
