How to View Reports and Dashboards
Introduction:
This article is intended to provide guidance to our customers on how to view dashboards and reports in their account.
Important Notes:
- As if V24.04, we have consolidated the usage, export, and reports tabs to become one usage and report tab
- Reports for Batch Imports will now appear in the batch imports screen.
- All heatmaps in the Dashboard Screen are clickable links that will display the item being reported on in a list view.
Viewing Dashboards and Reports:
- Navigate to “Settings”
- Select “Usage and Reports”
- Review the desired report and click on it to open up and view the items from the dashboard in a list view.
