SF - How to Authorize your VTX credentials
This article is intended to provide guidance to our SalesForce web application customers on how to authorize their VTX username and password
Why:
In order to connect to the VTX Web Application from the SalesForce account, and verify benefits and eligibility, the customer must authorize his or her VTX username and password, The SF application is installed in the customer's accounts, and cannot be uninstalled unless they wish to do so, but access to that application, be removed as needed if the customer no longer wishes to use the SF VTX product.
Steps to Authorize your VTX credentials in your SalesForce VTX App
- In your SalesForce Application Launcher, search for the VerifyTX application and select it
- Select the "Authorize" tab and select the "Authorize" button
- Authorize your VTX username and password, please do not use your SalesForce login to complete this step. Use your VerifyTX username and password.
- Click "Allow"
- Select the "Payer Name/Facility" menu option
- Select the "Refresh Facility List" button - do not click away from this screen,
- When the facility list refresh is complete, a message will show on screen that refresh is successful. You now have the most up to date facility list.
