How to Register for the Client Portal

Introduction:
This job aid is intended to serve as a guide for how to sign up for a client portal account, where you can create and follow up on tickets, find helpful guides on popular questions and issues or processes, request training or account upgrades, and connect with your fellow industry centers in the community forum about popular issues and feature requests you'd like to see.   

Important Notes:
  1. The Community Forum will be accessible after 1/1/2024, stay tuned for more updates!
  2. The support email will be discontinued for tickets by the end of 2024, please ensure that you are registered for the client portal by this time. 
Customer Questions:
  1. Who can sign up for the client portal? Any active, valid, verifytx customer. 
  2. Where do I sign up? You can sign up here: https://systemstx.zohodesk.com/portal/en/signin
    1. You can also click the "?" icon in your VTX app for get help, then click "Help Center" this will be available to all users as of 01/01/2024
  3. How do I sign up? You can click on the link in this job aid, then, select "New Customer" 

  4. Enter in your name, email, and the recaptcha code, then click "Sign up"

  5. You will receive an email from support@verifytx.
